Your Job as a Muslim is to give da`wah to as many people as possible and invite them to Islam using wisdom and care.

Do not reduce Islam to harsh debates, if you do have to debate with them do so with the best of character and don’t let your ego and Satan get in the way.

Also the number one tool or ingredient for da`wah is your character, a person with good character treats everyone nicely and is honest in his conduct, so improve your character so your da`wah can be more effective Insh’Allah.
