Do Muslims Worship the Ka’bah?

By Truth Seeker Staff

It is well known that Islam is against all forms of idol worship. Though this is true, some people raise the misconception that Muslims do worship the Ka’bah and bow down thereto in their prayer.

In this video, Dr. Zakir Naik responds to this allegation and refutes that misconception in a rational and logical way.

It is mentioned in Surah Baqarah:

“We see the turning of thy face (for guidance) to the heavens: now shall We turn thee to a Qiblah that shall please thee. Turn then thy face in the direction of the Sacred Mosque: wherever ye are, turn your faces in that direction.” (Al-Baqarah 2: 144)

Join us to watch this interesting video and see that though Muslims respect and highly regard the Ka’bah, they do not worship it in any way whatsoever.
